TNL Mediagene關鍵評論網媒體集團任命朴泰俊為法務長，並邀請奧本直子擔任獨立董事，強化作為亞洲次世代媒體集團的法務與公司治理架構

• 集團任命資深律師朴泰俊（TJ〈Tae Jun〉Park）為首席法務長。他來自全球知名律師事務所Morrison & Foerster LLP東京辦公室，專長領域包括跨境資本市場、上市公司諮詢及公司治理。他擁有喬治城大學法學中心的法學博士（J.D.）學位，以及加州大學柏克萊分校的學士學位。
• 創業家暨投資人奧本直子（Naoko Okumoto）則被任命為獨立董事。她現為專注於健康與福祉科技的早期創投基金NIREMIA Collective的創辦人暨管理合夥人，以及跨境商業顧問公司Amber Bridge Partners的執行長。
• 此次的人事任命強化了公司在國際法務與公司治理方面的架構，進一步完善了近期來自Yahoo!、華爾街日報、NBC Universal、波士頓顧問公司（BCG）、Reapra、日本交易所集團與台灣保時捷等企業的董事會與高階管理團隊人事布局。
   

亞洲次世代數位媒體與數據集團 TNL Mediagene（納斯達克代碼：TNMG，以下簡稱「本集團」），今日宣布任命具豐富國際經驗的律師朴泰俊（TJ Park）為公司法務長，同時任命創業家暨投資人奧本直子（Naoko Okumoto）為公司獨立董事。

朴泰俊先生自國際律師事務所 Morrison & Foerster LLP 東京辦公室轉任，於資本市場、公開公司法務顧問及公司治理領域擁有深厚專業與實戰經驗，曾支援眾多跨國客戶。他擁有喬治城大學法學院法學博士（J.D.）學位及加州大學柏克萊分校學士學位，並曾赴北京清華大學法學院交換學習。

奧本直子女士則擁有超過20年的科技投資、跨境業務開發與策略夥伴經營經驗，現為專注於健康與福祉科技領域的創投基金 NIREMIA Collective 的創辦人暨管理合夥人，同時也是跨境顧問公司 Amber Bridge Partners 的執行長。奧本女士過去曾任職於美國 Yahoo!，擔任合資事業副總裁，並以微軟為職涯起點。目前亦為東京證券交易所上市公司 Yappli 的社外董事，曾任英國 S4 Capital（倫敦證交所上市）與 EdCast（後被 Cornerstone OnDemand 收購）之董事會成員。

董事會主席Marcus Brauchli曾任《華盛頓郵報》和《華爾街日報》的總編輯，並在多家國際媒體集團擔任董事及顧問職務。稽核委員會主席Priscilla Han現為創投公司 Reapra駐東京的合夥人。薪酬委員會主席Lauren Zalaznick是經驗豐富的美國媒體高階經理人，曾擔任 NBC Universal 執行副總裁、亦曾任職於Nielsen的董事會，目前她亦為波士頓顧問公司（Boston Consulting Group）高級顧問。吳毅明（Jim Wu）曾任 Yahoo! 國際併購部全球副總裁，現任集團首席企業事務官，亦是公司治理暨提名委員會的成員之一。

此外，集團亦聘請曾任《華爾街日報》、時代公司（Time Inc.）和《洛杉磯時報》 總編輯、以及曾任美商彭博新聞有限公司（ Bloomberg L.P. ）首席內容長的美國媒體高階經理人Norman Pearlstine為資深顧問。
