After working in editing, publishing, and overseas copyright negotiations for books and magazines in the publishing industry, Motoko helped launch the Japanese edition of WIRED in 1994 and served as its business manager. She then established her own business and founded the online media company Mediagene Inc. (formerly INFOBAHN Group Inc.) in 1998 and founded the digital agency INFOBAHN Inc. in 2015 through an incorporation-type company split. She has been a facilitator at the Keizai Doyukai’s (Japan Association of Corporate Executives) social gatherings since 2022.

Mario specializes in human observation of the interaction between science and technology and society and manages all of TNL Media Group’s content brands.
Hiroto helped launch the Japanese edition of WIRED in 1994, where he served as editor-in-chief. He co-founded INFOBAHN Inc. (now Mediagene Inc.) in 1998 to help businesses with their digital communication strategies. He has launched a variety of printed and online media outlets, including GIZMODO JAPAN, and has supported digital marketing activities for companies both in and outside of Japan. Hiroto is considered a leader in content marketing and owned media. Since 2017, he has served as an official Japan partner for TOA, an international tech conference held in Berlin, and co-hosts programs in Germany and Tokyo every year. Currently, he produces programs and fieldwork projects to co-create innovations focused on circular economy and biodiversity to bring businesses and local governments together. One of his main works is “After GAFA” (KADOKAWA), which has been translated and published in Korea and China. He has also served as the editorial supervisor and commentator for translated publications such as “Free,” “Share,” and “Public” (NHK Publishing), among many other works.
As a CPA in Taiwan, China and USA, Elaine was the GM and CFO of Cite Media Group, Director and CEO of Cite Culture&Arts Foundation, and Senior Manager of PwC.
With specialization in accounting, taxation, law, and administration, Elaine is familiar with the financial and non-financial KPIs for successfully operating media and is familiar with pushing industrial upgrade government policies. Elaine is responsible for integrating internal and external sources, the design of organization structure, and IPO planning. We hope that the company will stand out as a leader in digital media in Taiwan and become the world's largest independent digital content provider.
After working as a certified public accountant at an auditing firm, Hiroyuki became the director of finance at an operating company in 2015. After the company held an IPO, he joined INFOBAHN Group Inc. (now Mediagene Inc.) in 2017, became Director and CFO, and has headed the company's business management since 2018.

Richard is an experienced entrepreneur with a passion for technology and media. Prior to joining the group, Richard founded and sold two successful media companies to TNL – INSIDE and iCook – where he served as Chief Technology Officer and led product development. In recognition of his achievements, Richard was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in Media, Marketing & Advertising in 2017 and has been recognized as a Google Developer Expert since 2020.
After joining the company (formerly INFOBAHN Inc.) in 2007, Tatsuki helped start up new media outlets and businesses.
He became the Director and CSO of former Mediagene Inc. in 2015 and headed the business strategy division.
